A bit of journo advice passed along to me about "(Hu)man on the street" quotes: You need three quotes: One for, one against and one funny. That kind of sums up my comments policy. I actively encourage you to disagree with me. I heartily encourage you to agree with me. And I'll love you forever if you're (appropriately) funny. Yes, I moderate comments. I don't want you spamming me. Yes I'll get rid of your comment if you're hateful about ANYONE of any stripe, race, creed, political leaning, sexual orientation, size, age, education, class, etc. etc. etc. Contact me if you want further clarification on what "hateful" means. Oh, and watch your language. My mom reads this blog.
